٣٥٥٨٥ - حدثنا عبدة بن سليمان عن سعيد عن قتادة قال: قال علي: هو للمسلمين عامة؛ لأنه كان لهم مالًا (١).
Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) said: It is for all the Muslims, because it was their wealth.
