Hadith 35511
٣٥٥١١ - حدثنا عيسى بن يونس عن ثور عن سليمان بن موسى قال: قال عمر ابن الخطاب: لا يعطى من المغنم شيء حتى يقسم إلا (لراع) (١) أو حارس أو سائق غير موله (٢).
Hazrat Umar bin Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) said that nothing will be given to anyone before the spoils are distributed, except to the shepherd, the guard, and the one who drives the animals.
