Hadith 35496
٣٥٤٩٦ - حدثنا هشيم عن حصين (عن عبيد اللَّه بن عبد اللَّه بن عتبة) (١) قال: قال رسول اللَّه ﷺ يوم فتح مكة: "ألا، لا يقتل مدبر ولا يجهز على جريح، ومن ⦗٤١٩⦘ أغلق بابه فهو آمن" (٢).
It is narrated from Hazrat Husain that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) announced on the day of the conquest of Makkah: Beware! The one who turns his back and flees will not be killed, and the wounded will not be killed, and whoever has closed the door of his house is safe.
