Hadith 35491
٣٥٤٩١ - حدثنا وكيع قال: ثنا جرير بن (حازم) (١) عن الحسن قال: بعث ابن ⦗٤١٨⦘ عامر إلى ابن عمر بأسير وهو بفارس أو باصطخر (ليقتله) (٢)، فقال ابن عمر: (أما) (٣) وهو مصرورٌ فلا (٤).
It is narrated from Hasan that Ibn 'Amir sent a Persian prisoner to Hazrat Ibn 'Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) so that he might kill him. Hazrat Ibn 'Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: In any case, he is a bound prisoner, so he will not be killed.
