Hadith 35489
٣٥٤٨٩ - حدثنا ابن عيينة عن عمرو عن أبي فاختة قال: أخبرني جار لي قال: أتيت عليًّا بأسير يوم صفين فقال: لن أقتلك صبرًا إني أخاف اللَّه رب العالمين (١).
It is narrated from Hazrat Abi Fakhta that my neighbor told me that on the day of the Battle of Siffin, I was captured and brought before Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him). Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) said: I will not kill you; I fear Allah, the Lord of all the worlds.
