Hadith 35331
٣٥٣٣١ - حدثنا عبد اللَّه بن نمير قال: ثنا عبيد اللَّه عن نافع عن ابن عمر قال: ⦗٣٧٦⦘ كتب عمر إلى أمراء الأجناد أن لا تقتلوا امرأة ولا صبيًا، وأن تقتلوا من جرت عليه (الموسى) (١) (٢).
Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates that Hazrat Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) wrote a letter to the commanders of the armies that they should not kill women and children. And whoever uses a razor, meaning whoever is mature, kill him.
