Hadith 35288
٣٥٢٨٨ - حدثنا ابن عيينة عن عبد الملك بن نوفل (بن) (١) مساحق عن رجل من مزينة (عن أبيه) (٢) قال: كان النبي ﷺ إذا بعث سرية قال لهم: "إذا رأيتم مسجدًا أو سمعتم مؤذنًا فلا تقتلوا أحدا" (٣).
A man from the tribe of Muzaynah narrates from his father that when the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) would send any army, he (peace and blessings be upon him) would say to them: When you see a mosque or hear the voice of a muezzin, then do not kill anyone.
