Hadith 35249
٣٥٢٤٩ - حدثنا وكيع قال: (ثنا) (١) جرير بن حازم عن قيس بن سعد عن عطاء في رجل أخذه العدو فأكرهوه على شرب الخمر وأكل الخنزير، قال: إن أكل وشرب فرخصة، وإن قتل أصاب خيرًا.
Hazrat Qais bin Saad (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates that Hazrat Ata (may Allah be pleased with him) said regarding a person who is captured by the enemy and is forced to drink alcohol and eat pork. He (may Allah have mercy on him) said: If he eats pork and drinks alcohol, then this is a concession. And if he is killed, then he has attained goodness.
