ما قالوا: في الوالي أله أن يقطع شيئا من الأرض؟Those Who Said: Does the Ruler Have the Right to Grant Ownership of Land?
Hadith 35235
٣٥٢٣٥ - حدثنا عبد اللَّه بن نمير قال: ثنا هشام بن عروة عن أبيه أن النبي ﷺ أقطع الزبير أرضا من أرض بني النضير فيها نخل، وأن أبا بكر أقطع الزبير (الجرف) (١)، وأن عمر أقطعه العقيق أجمع (٢).
Hazrat Urwah bin Zubair (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) made Hazrat Zubair (may Allah be pleased with him) the owner of a piece of land from the lands of Banu Nadir. There were also date palm trees on that land. And Hazrat Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him) made Hazrat Zubair (may Allah be pleased with him) the owner of land by the riverbank. And Hazrat Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) made him the owner of an entire valley.
