ما قالوا: في الوالي أله أن يقطع شيئا من الأرض؟Those Who Said: Does the Ruler Have the Right to Grant Ownership of Land?
Hadith 35234
٣٥٢٣٤ - حدثنا حفص بن غياث عن هشام بن عروة عن أبيه قال: أقطع رسول اللَّه ﷺ أرضًا من أرض بني النضير فيها نخل (وشجر) (١) وأقطع أبو بكر وعمر (٢).
Hazrat Urwah bin Zubair (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) distributed a piece of land from the lands obtained from Banu Nadir, which contained date palm trees and other trees, and Hazrat Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him) and Hazrat Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) also distributed it.
