٣٥١٧٩ - حدثنا حاتم بن وردان عن برد عن مكحول أنه كان يكره بيع من يزيد إلا الشركاء بينهم.
Hazrat Burd (may Allah have mercy on him) says that Hazrat Mak'hool (may Allah have mercy on him) considered the sale by one who exceeds his right as disliked, except when the sale is conducted with the mutual consent of the partners.
