Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Hazrat Ash'ath (may Allah have mercy on him) states that Hazrat Hasan Basri (may Allah have mercy on him) and Hazrat Ibn Sirin (may Allah have mercy on him), both of these personalities, considered a sale involving excess to be disliked, except for the sale of inheritance and spoils of war.
