٣٥٠٤٢ - حدثنا عفان قال: (حدثنا) (١) وهيب عن داود عن سعيد بن المسيب أنه كان لا يورث الأسير.
Dawud (may Allah have mercy on him) says that Sa'id bin al-Musayyib (may Allah have mercy on him) did not make a captive an heir.
