٣٥٠٣٢ - حدثنا معن بن عيسى عن ابن أبي ذئب عن الزهري قال: يوقف مال الأسير وامرأته حتى يسلما أو يموتا.
Hazrat Ibn Abi Dhi'b (may Allah have mercy on him) states that Imam Zuhri (may Allah have mercy on him) said: The wealth of the prisoner and his wife will be withheld until both are handed over or both die.
