Hadith 35018
٣٥٠١٨ - حدثنا وكيع قال: (ثنا) (١) سفيان عن عيسى بن أبي عزة عن الشعبي في رجل قتلته اللصوص قال: يدفن في ثيابه ولا يغسل.
Hazrat Isa bin Abi Azza (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates that Imam Sha’bi (may Allah have mercy on him) gave the ruling regarding the person who was killed by thieves: he should be buried in his clothes and should not be given a bath.
