Hadith 35017
٣٥٠١٧ - حدثنا أبو بكر بن عياش عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم قال: إذا رفع القتيل دفن في ثيابه، وإذا رفع وبه رمق صنع به ما يصنع بغيره.
Hazrat Mughira (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates that Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) said: When the murdered person is lifted, he should be buried in his clothes, and when he is lifted while he still has breath in him, then he should be treated in the same way as any other deceased person.
