Hadith 34973
٣٤٩٧٣ - حدثنا عبد الرحيم بن سليمان عن أشعث عن الحسن قال: لا تقتل النساء إذا هن ارتددن عن الإسلام، ولكن يدعين إلى الإسلام فإن هن أبين سبين، وجعلن إماء للمسلمين ولا يقتلن.
Hazrat Ash'ath (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates that Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) said: When women apostatize from Islam, they should not be killed. Rather, they should be invited to Islam. If they refuse, they should be imprisoned and made bondwomen of the Muslims, and they should not be killed.
