Hadith 34967
٣٤٩٦٧ - حدثنا عبد الرحيم بن سليمان عن أشعث عن الشعبي والحكم قالا: يقسم ميراثه بين امرأته وورثته من المسلمين.
Hazrat Ash'ath (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates that Hazrat Imam Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) and Hazrat Hakam (may Allah have mercy on him), both of these personalities stated: The inheritance of an apostate will be distributed among his wife and his Muslim heirs.
