Hadith 34853
٣٤٨٥٣ - حدثنا جرير عن مغيرة عن حماد عن إبراهيم قال: إذا سبيت اليهوديات والنصرانيات عرض عليهن الإسلام (وأجبرن) (١) عليه، فإن أسلمن أو لم يسلمن وطئن واستخدمن.
Hazrat Hammad (may Allah have mercy on him) says that Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) stated: When Jewish and Christian women are taken captive, Islam will be presented to them. Then, whether they accept Islam or not, intercourse with them is permissible and they can also be taken into service.
