Hadith 34642
٣٤٦٤٢ - حدثنا يزيد قال: أخبرنا يحيى بن سعيد عن سعيد بن المسيب ﴿وَآوَيْنَاهُمَا إِلَى رَبْوَةٍ ذَاتِ قَرَارٍ وَمَعِينٍ﴾ [المؤمنون: ٥٠]، قال: دمشق.
Hazrat Yahya bin Saeed (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates that Hazrat Saeed bin Musayyib (may Allah have mercy on him) explained the interpretation of this verse as follows: Verse { وَآوَیْنَاہُمَا إِلَی رَبْوَۃٍ ذَاتِ قَرَارٍ وَمَعِینٍ } — in this, the city of Damascus is meant.
