٣٤٥٣٦ - حدثنا عفان قال: ثنا حماد بن زيد عن عبد الرحمن بن أبي (شميلة) (١) قال: حدثني رجل عن سعيد الصراف، (أو) (٢) هو عن سعيد الصراف عن إسحاق بن سعد بن عبادة عن أبيه قال: قال رسول اللَّه ﷺ: "إن هذا الحي من ⦗١٥٤⦘ الأنصار (محنة) (٣)، (حبهم) (٤) إيمان وبغضهم نفاق" (٥).
Hazrat Sa'd bin 'Ubadah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Indeed, the tribe of Ansar are a trial. Love for them is a sign of faith, and hatred for them is a sign of hypocrisy."
