Hadith 34530
٣٤٥٣٠ - حدثنا محمد بن بشر العبدي قال: ثنا محمد بن عمرو عن أبي سلمة عن أبي هريرة قال: قال رسول اللَّه ﷺ: "لو أن الناس سلكوا واديًا أو شعبًا، وسلك الأنصار واديًا أو شعبًا، لسلكت وادي الأنصار أو شعبهم، ولولا الهجرة لكنت امرءا من الأنصار" (١).
Hazrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: If people were to walk in one valley or mountain pass, and the Ansar were to walk in another valley or mountain pass, I would certainly walk in the valley or mountain pass of the Ansar. And if migration were not an important matter, I would have been one of the Ansar myself.
