Hadith 34359
٣٤٣٥٩ - حدثنا عيسى بن يونس عن الأوزاعي عن يحيى بن أبي كثير أن النبي ﷺ سمع بكاء الحسن (أو) (١) الحسين فقام فزعًا فقال: "إن الولد لفتنة، لقد قمت إليه وما أعقل" (٢).
Hazrat Yahya bin Abi Kathir (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) heard the sound of crying from either Hasan (may Allah be pleased with him) or Husain (may Allah be pleased with him), so the Prophet (peace be upon him) stood up anxiously. Then he said: "Indeed, children are a trial. Surely, I stood up for them and I did not even realize (what I was doing)."
