Hadith 34231
٣٤٢٣١ - حدثنا (١) محمد بن بشر قال: ثنا مسعر قال: حدثني أبو عون عن محمد ابن حاطب قال: ذكر عثمان فقال الحسن بن علي: هذا أمير المؤمنين يأتيكم الآن فيخبركم قال: فجاء علي فقال: كان عثمان من الذين: ﴿وَآمَنُوا (وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ) (٢) (٣) ثُمَّ اتَّقَوْا وَآمَنُوا ثُمَّ اتَّقَوْا وَأَحْسَنُوا وَاللَّهُ يُحِبُّ الْمُحْسِنِينَ﴾ [المائدة: ٩٣]، حتى أتم الآية (٤).
Hazrat Muhammad bin Hatib, may Allah have mercy on him, narrates that when Hazrat Uthman, may Allah have mercy on him, was mentioned, Hazrat Hasan bin Ali, may Allah be pleased with him, said: The Commander of the Faithful will come to you soon, and he himself will tell you about him. The narrator says: Then Hazrat Ali, may Allah be pleased with him, arrived and said: Hazrat Uthman, may Allah be pleased with him, was among those people. Then he recited this verse in full. Translation: Those people remained steadfast in faith and did good deeds, then abstained from forbidden things and accepted the commands of Allah, then adopted piety and did good deeds. And Allah loves those who do good deeds.
