ما ذكر في يحيى بن زكريا ﵇Mention of Yahya ibn Zakariya (AS)
Hadith 34073
٣٤٠٧٣ - حدثنا عبدة عن هشام بن عروة عن أبيه قال: ما قتل يحيى بن زكريا إلا في امرأة بغي قالت لصاحبها: لا أرضى عنك حتى تأتيني برأسه، قال: فذبحه ⦗٥٣٤⦘ فأتاها برأسه في (طشت) (١).
Hazrat Urwah narrates that Hazrat Yahya bin Zakariya (peace be upon him) was killed because of an adulterous woman, who said to her companion that she would not be pleased with him until he brought her his (Yahya's) head. It is said that he slaughtered him and brought his head to her in a tray.
