Hadith 3384
٣٣٨٤ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: (نا) (١) أبو معاوية عن الأعمش عن أبي صالح عن أبي هريرة قال: قال رسول اللَّه ﷺ: "إن أثقل الصلاة على المنافقين صلاة العشاء، وصلاة الفجر، ولو يعلمون ما فيهما لأتوهما ولو حبوا، ولقد هممت أن آمر بالصلاة فتقام، ثم آمر رجلا فيصلي بالناس، ثم أنطلق معي برجال معهم حزم من حطب إلى قوم لا يشهدون الصلاة فأحرق عليهم بيوتهم بالنار" (٢).
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: The heaviest prayers upon the hypocrites are the Fajr and Isha prayers. If they knew what reward lies in Isha and Fajr, they would come crawling on their knees. My heart wishes that I order the prayer to be established, then appoint someone to lead the prayer, then I go with some people to those who do not attend the prayer, and then burn their houses down.
