Hadith 32742
٣٢٧٤٢ - [حدثنا أسود بن عامر قال: حدثنا جرير بن حازم عن محمد بن سيرين قال: ما علمت أن عليًا اتهم في قتل عثمان حتى بويع، فلما بويع اتهمه الناس] (١) (٢).
Muhammad bin Sirin states that, to my knowledge, before the people pledged allegiance at the hand of Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him), they did not accuse him of the murder of Hazrat Uthman (may Allah be pleased with him). When they pledged allegiance at his hand, the people accused him of the murder of Hazrat Uthman.
