Hadith 32731
٣٢٧٣١ - حدثنا وكيع عن عمران بن حدير عن (السميط) (١) عن كعب قال: لكل زمان ملوك، فإذا أراد اللَّه بقوم خيرًا بعث فيهم مصلحيهم، وإذا أراد (اللَّه) (٢) (بقوم) (٣) شرا بعث فيهم مترفيهم.
Samit narrates from Hazrat Ka'b that he said: In every era, there are separate kings. When Allah Almighty intends good for a people, He appoints righteous people as their kings, and when He intends evil for a people, He appoints wicked people as their kings.
