Hadith 32698
٣٢٦٩٨ - حدثنا عبيد اللَّه قال: أخبرنا شيبان عن الأعمش عن عبد اللَّه بن سنان قال: خرج إلينا ابن مسعود ونحن في المسجد (فقال) (١): يا (أهل) (٢) الكوفة فقدت من بيت مالكم الليلة مائة ألف لم يأتني بها كتاب من أمير المؤمنين (٣).
Abdullah bin Sinan narrates that we were in the mosque when Hazrat Ibn Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) came to us and said, "O people of Kufa! Tonight, one hundred thousand dirhams have disappeared from your treasury, regarding which I have not received any letter from the Commander of the Faithful."
