Hadith 32625
٣٢٦٢٥ - حدثنا أبو بكر بن عياش عن عاصم قال: ما رأيت أبا وائل (سب) (١) دابة قط إلا الحجاج مرة واحدة، فإنه ذكر بعض صنيعه فقال: اللهم أطعم الحجاج (طعامًا) (٢) من ضريع لا يسمن ولا يغني من جوع، قال: ثم تداركها بعد فقال: إن كان ذلك أب إليك، فقلت: أتشك في الحجاج؟ قال: و (نعد) (٣) ذلك ذنبا.
Hazrat Asim says that I have never seen Abu Wa'il (may Allah have mercy on him) speak ill of any living creature that walks on the earth except for Hajjaj. Once, mentioning his evil deeds, he said: O Allah! Feed Hajjaj from the shrub called Dari' such food that neither fattens nor satisfies hunger. He says that then, as a form of correction, he said: If You so wish. I said: Do you still have any doubt about Hajjaj? He replied: Do you consider the addition of this statement to be a sin?
