Hazrat Zarah bin Aufi (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates that Hazrat Tamim al-Dari (may Allah be pleased with him) said: On the Day of Judgment, the first thing to be accounted for among a person's deeds will be the obligatory prayers. If they are found complete, then it is fine; otherwise, it will be said: See if he has any reserve of voluntary prayers? If he does, then his obligatory prayers will be completed with his voluntary prayers. And if his obligatory prayers are not complete and he also does not have any reserve of voluntary prayers, then he will be seized with both hands and thrown into Hell in this manner.
