Hadith 32407
٣٢٤٠٧ - حدثنا يزيد بن هارون قال: أخبرنا محمد (عن يحيى) (١) بن عباد (ابن) (٢) عبد اللَّه بن الزبير عن أبيه عن عائشة قالت: سمعت رسول اللَّه ﷺ يقول: "لا يزني الزاني حين يزني وهو مؤمن، ولا يسرق حين يسرق وهو مؤمن، ولا يشرب -يعني الخمر- حين يشرب وهو مؤمن، فإياكم إياكم" (٣).
Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates that I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say: When an adulterer commits adultery, his faith does not remain; and when a thief steals, his faith does not remain; and when a person drinks alcohol, his faith does not remain. So beware (of these sins).
