Hadith 32399
٣٢٣٩٩ - حدثنا وكيع عن (عمر) (١) بن منبه عن سوار بن شبيب قال: جاء رجل إلى ابن عمر فقال إن هاهنا قومًا يشهدون علي بالكفر، فقال: ألا تقول: لا إله إلا اللَّه فتكذبهم (٢).
Hazrat Suwar bin Shabib (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates that a man came to Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) and said: There are some people here who testify to disbelief against me. So he (may Allah be pleased with him) said: Why don’t you say: There is no deity except Allah. In this way, refute them.
