Hadith 32280
٣٢٢٨٠ - حدثنا علي بن مسهر عن داود عن الشعبي عن علقمة عن عبد اللَّه قال: إذا (شككتم) (١) في الياء والتاء فاجعلوها ياء، فإن القرآن ذكر فذكروه (٢).
Hazrat Alqamah narrates that Hazrat Abdullah bin Masood (may Allah be pleased with him) said: When you people are in doubt about whether a letter is yaa or taa, then make it yaa. Because the Qur'an is masculine, so recite it as masculine.
