Hadith 32189
٣٢١٨٩ - حدثنا عباد بن العوام عن داود عن عكرمة عن ابن عباس قال: نزل القرآن جملة من السماء العليا إلى سماء الدنيا في رمضان، فكان اللَّه إذا أراد أن يحدث شيئًا أحدثه (١).
Hazrat Ikrimah states that Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) said: The entire Qur'an was sent down from the highest heaven to the heaven of the world in Ramadan. Then, whenever Allah intended to bring something into existence, He would reveal it.
