Hadith 31814
٣١٨١٤ - حدثنا الفضل بن دكين قال: حدثنا سلمة بن وردان قال: سمعت أنسا قال: أتت النبي ﷺ امرأة تشكو إليه الحاجة، فقال: "أدلك على خير من ذلك تهللين (١) ثلاثًا وثلاثين عند منامك، و (تسبحينه) (٢) ثلاثًا وثلاثين، (وتحمدينه) (٣) أربعًا وثلاثين"، قال: "تلك مائة مرة خير من الدنيا وما فيها" (٤).
Hazrat Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that a woman came to the service of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and began to complain about her needs. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Shall I guide you to something even better than that? At night, before sleeping, recite "La ilaha illallah" thirty-three times, "Subhanallah" thirty-three times, and "Alhamdulillah" thirty-four times. This totals one hundred. This is better than the world and whatever is in it.
