Hadith 31751
٣١٧٥١ - حدثنا أبو معاوية عن عبد الرحمن بن إسحاق عن النعمان بن سعد عن علي قال: كان إذا دخل المسجد قال: اللهم اغفر لي ذنوبي، وافتح لي أبواب ⦗٣٣٦⦘ رحمتك، وإذا خرج قال: اللهم اغفر لي ذنوبي وافتح لي أبواب فضلك (١).
Hazrat Nu’man bin Sa’d narrates that when Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) would enter the mosque, he would supplicate as follows: O Allah! Forgive my sins, and open for me the doors of Your grace and mercy. And when he would leave the mosque, he would supplicate as follows: O Allah! Forgive my sins, and open for me the doors of Your grace.
