Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Hazrat Laith narrates that Hazrat Shahr said: Asking (supplication) is done in this manner, and he spread his hands in such a way that the palms were facing his face. And he said: Seeking refuge is done in this manner, and he turned his palms over.
