Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Hazrat Abdur Rahman bin Sabit narrates that a supplicant made a supplication during the time of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). He said: O Allah! I ask You by means of Your name Allah, for there is no deity except You, the Most Merciful, the Most Compassionate, the Creator of the heavens and the earth without any precedent, and when You intend to do something, You say to it: Be, and it becomes. Upon this, the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Indeed, you (or he) have supplicated to Allah by means of His Greatest Name, the Name of Magnificence.
