Hadith 31329
٣١٣٢٩ - حدثنا محمد بن بشر قال: (حدثنا مسعر قال) (١): حدثنا إسحاق بن راشد عن عبد اللَّه بن الحسن أن عبد اللَّه بن جعفر دخل على ابن له مريض (يقال) (٢) له صالح، فقال (له) (٣): قل لا إله إلا اللَّه الحليم الكريم، سبحان (٤) رب العرش ⦗١٨٨⦘ العظيم، الحمد للَّه رب العالمين، اللهم اغفر لي، اللهم ارحمني، اللهم تجاوز عني، اللهم اعف عني، فإنك عفو غفور، ثم قال: هؤلاء الكلمات علمنيهن عمي ذكر أن النبي ﷺ علمهن إياه (٥).
Hazrat Abdullah bin Hasan narrates that Hazrat Abdullah bin Ja'far went to one of his sons who was ill, and he was called Salih. Then he said to him: Say these words: There is no deity except Allah, the Most Forbearing, the Most Generous. Glory be to Allah, the Lord of the Great Throne. All praise is due to Allah, the Lord of all the worlds. O Allah! Forgive me. O Allah! Have mercy on me. O Allah! Pardon my sins. O Allah! Grant me forgiveness, surely You are the Most Forgiving, Most Merciful. Then Hazrat Abdullah bin Ja'far said: My uncle taught me these words, and the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) taught them to him.
