في الدعاء في الليل: ما هو؟Supplication for the Night: What Is It?
Hadith 31309
٣١٣٠٩ - حدثنا معاوية بن هشام حدثنا شيبان عن يحيى بن أبي كثير عن أبي سلمة أن ربيعة بن كعب أخبره أنه كان يبيت عند باب رسول اللَّه ﷺ، فكان يسمع رسول اللَّه ﷺ من الليل يقول: "سبحان اللَّه رب العالمين" الهوىَّ، ثم يقول: "سبحان اللَّه وبحمده" (١).
Hazrat Rabi'ah bin Ka'b narrates that I used to spend the night near the door of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), and I would hear that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) used to recite these words late into the night: "Allah is free from every defect, Who is the Lord of all the worlds." Then he would recite these words: "Allah is pure and I praise Him."
