Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Hazrat Jabir bin Abdullah narrates that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, declared the right to the land for the one who cultivates it, and that there will be nothing for those who come after. In this, no condition or exception set by the giver will be considered.
