Hadith 31028
٣١٠٢٨ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عبدة بن سليمان عن سعيد بن أبي عروبة عن قتادة عن سعيد بن أبي بردة عن أبي موسى أن رجلين ادعيا دابة ليس لواحد منهما بينة، فقضى بها رسول اللَّه ﷺ بينهما (١).
Hazrat Abu Musa narrates that two men claimed ownership of an animal, and neither of them had any witnesses. So, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) decided in favor of both regarding the animal.
