Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Hazrat Saeed and Haram bin Saad both narrate that Hazrat Bara’s she-camel entered the garden of a certain people and destroyed their garden. So the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, decided that during the day, the protection of property is the responsibility of the owner, and the owner of the livestock will pay compensation if the livestock causes damage at night.
