Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Hazrat Shaibah bin Masawwar narrates that Hazrat Umar bin Abdul Aziz wrote a document and then read it out to us, stating that indeed the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) decreed five camels for a head wound and did not decree anything else besides this.
