Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Hazrat Miswar narrates that Hazrat Umar was consulting people regarding a woman who had miscarried. Then Mughirah bin Shu’bah said, “I was present with the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him), and he (peace be upon him) gave the verdict of a slave or a slave-girl in such a case.” Hazrat Umar said, “Bring someone who will testify to this with you.” So Muhammad bin Maslamah testified in his favor.
