٣٠٩٧٧ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا زيد بن حباب قال: أخبرني معاوية بن صالح قال: حدثني أبو الزاهرية عن جبير بن نفير عن أبي الدرداء أنه سئل عن سارق الحمام فقال: لا قطع عليه (١).
Hazrat Jubair bin Nafeer narrates that Hazrat Abu Darda was asked about the thief of a bathhouse. He replied: The punishment of cutting the hand will not be enforced upon him.
