Hadith 30968
٣٠٩٦٨ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا (هشيم) (١) عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم قال: من وطئ فرجًا بجهالة درئ عنه الحد، وضمن العقر.
Hazrat Mughira narrates that Ibrahim said: Whoever, out of ignorance, has intercourse with a private part, the prescribed punishment will be waived from him, and that person will be made liable for the dower (mahr) of intercourse done in doubt.
