٣٠٩٤٢ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا ابن إدريس عن هشام عن الحسن في المرتدة: تستتاب، فإن تابت وإلا قتلت.
Hazrat Hisham states that Hasan Basri said regarding an apostate woman: She will be asked to repent, and if she repents, then fine; otherwise, she will be killed.
