٣٠٩٣٩ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عبد الرحيم بن سليمان عن أشعث عن الحسن قال: لا تقتلوا النساء إذا هن ارتددن عن الإسلام، ولكن يدعين إلى الإسلام فإن هن أبين سبين، فيجعلن إماء المسلمين ولا يقتلن.
Hazrat Ash'ath narrates that Hasan Basri said: Do not kill women when they apostatize from Islam. Rather, they should be called towards Islam; if they refuse, then they should be taken captive and made bondwomen of the Muslims, and they should not be killed.
